Do I need batteries or a separate charger?

Both models have a built-in rechargeable battery. Your kit includes a USB-A to USB-C cable; AA batteries are not needed for these versions.

A wall adapter is not listed in the kit. Check the charging markings and matching instructions for the correct power supply.

How do I clean it, and what if mist becomes weak?

Follow the matching instructions for cleaning, disinfection, drying and storage of each component. A cleaning mode does not replace the full care routine.

Can I buy a replacement cup or accessories?

Masks & mouthpieces: a separate set is listed in the store. It contains 1 adult mask, 1 child mask and 1 mouthpiece. Check the listing for the current ordering quantity, price and shipping.

Medicine cup & mesh components: these are not included in that accessory set. Contact support to confirm the exact part, compatibility, availability, price and shipping before ordering. Replacement availability is not guaranteed by the device’s detachable-cup design.

When will it arrive, and what if there is a problem?

US delivery: free shipping on this nebulizer. Estimated 1–2 business days processing plus 3–10 business days transit; arrival dates are not guaranteed.

Refund requests: mayluck.store orders have a 30-day request window after delivery, subject to eligibility. Approved refunds do not require a physical return.

Standard change-of-mind requests require unused items in their original condition and packaging. Sale items are excluded from standard change-of-mind refunds. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are reviewed separately; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Can singers use it with saline?

Some singers use a portable mesh nebulizer with sterile isotonic (0.9%) saline for vocal hydration. Saline is not included; choose a sterile product labeled for nebulizer use and check with your pharmacist. Read what the research says.

Can I take it on a plane?

Yes. TSA allows nebulizers in carry-on and checked bags, and liquids for them are exempt from the 3-1-1 rule in reasonable quantities if you declare them. Keep a battery-powered device in your carry-on and ask your airline about use during the flight. See the flying guide.

Which mask should my child use?

Each kit includes an adult-size and a child-size mask. The size names do not set an age: choose the mask that covers your child's nose and mouth snugly, and ask your child's clinician about fit. Read our kids' mask guide.

Can I request FSA reimbursement after purchasing?

If your purchase qualifies under your health FSA plan, you can pay with your usual payment method and submit an itemized receipt to your plan administrator to request reimbursement.
