Where we ship

Mayluck Store currently ships to addresses in the United States. International delivery is not currently offered through this store. Enter your full delivery address at checkout to confirm availability.

Shipping cost

US shipping is free, with no minimum order. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Processing usually takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. After shipment, allow an estimated 3–10 business days for US transit. Processing and transit are separate periods. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; busy periods, weather and carrier delays can affect timing.

Tracking your order

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. Carrier updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created. Use the tracking link for delivery updates, or visit our order help page.

Address changes and cancellation requests

Check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error or need to request cancellation, email info@mayluck.store promptly with your order number. Changes must be confirmed before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started. If the parcel has shipped, contact us for the available next steps.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking stops updating, a parcel is missing, or a delivery is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact info@mayluck.store with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate. For damaged, incorrect or missing contents, contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery, and include relevant photos of the item and packaging. This reporting request does not limit your rights under applicable law.
