30-day refund request window
For purchases made directly at mayluck.store, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund under the eligibility terms below. Keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase. Approved refunds do not require you to return the product.
Refund eligibility
For a standard change-of-mind request, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with the included accessories and any original tags or labels. If a device has been used and is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us for an issue review. We review requests using your order details and relevant photos; a physical return is not required for an approved refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email info@mayluck.store with your order number, the item, your reason for requesting a refund and relevant photos if there is a problem. We will review your request and confirm the outcome by email. Once your refund is approved, you do not need to send the item back. We do not charge return shipping or restocking fees for this process. Keep your order details and correspondence until the request is resolved.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your delivery and contact info@mayluck.store promptly if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete. Include your order reference and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution. The unused-item requirement for a standard change-of-mind request does not remove your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for standard change-of-mind refunds under this policy. This does not affect applicable statutory rights or our review of damaged, defective or incorrect items. If you are unsure about eligibility, contact us before placing an order or submitting a request.
Refund approval and timing
We will notify you after reviewing your request and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, without waiting for a parcel to be returned or inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email info@mayluck.store with your order number.
Exchanges and cancellations
If you want a different item, first contact us to request a refund for an eligible purchase. Once approved, you can make a separate purchase for the item you want; availability is checked at the time of that purchase. We do not require a physical return for an approved refund. For cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
Other retailers and statutory rights
This policy covers orders from mayluck.store. For a purchase through TikTok Shop, Amazon or another retailer, start with that retailer’s order page and return terms. Where mandatory consumer cancellation or return rights apply, those rights take precedence over this policy. If an order is delivered into the European Union, any applicable statutory 14-day withdrawal right remains unaffected, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
If you choose to return an item
A physical return is optional and is not a condition for an approved refund. If you prefer to return an eligible item within the 30-day window, contact us first. We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label for you to download and print at no cost, together with the correct return address and instructions. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please wait for those instructions before mailing an optional return.
