Preparing your order
Processing usually takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Busy periods can add time.
Travel time within the US
Allow an estimated 3–10 business days after shipment for US transit. This is a delivery estimate, not an arrival guarantee; the destination, weather, and carrier conditions can affect timing.
Your tracking email
A shipping confirmation includes the tracking number. Carrier information may need 24–48 hours to become active, so a new tracking link may not show movement immediately.
Free US shipping
US delivery is free with no minimum order. No shipping charge applies to orders delivered within the United States.
Address changes or a delayed delivery
Email support@mayluck.store as soon as you notice an address error; changes need to be confirmed before dispatch. For a delayed parcel, include the order reference and tracking number.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect your delivery promptly. Report damage, an incorrect item, or missing contents within 7 days, with your order reference and clear photos of the product and packaging, so support can review the issue.
