For models still sold with an extra accessory set, the package 1 device + 1 extra set, contains one device, two adult masks, two child masks, two mouthpieces, and one charging cable in total. The extra set contains no additional cables. A 2-pack + 2 extra mask sets contains two devices, four adult masks, four child masks, four mouthpieces, and two charging cables. Check the selected option's What's included? list before ordering.
Read that list alongside the product photos. Note the exact model, the included components, and any item you expected to receive. If a particular mask, mouthpiece, power item, or carrying accessory matters to your purchase, confirm its inclusion before ordering. Do the same when replacing a device bought previously: an old order or a similar-looking photograph is not a complete description of today's selected option.

For MY135, the $49.99 standard package contains one device and one of each attachment. For MY139, the $49.99 extra-set kit contains one device and two of each attachment; the $79.99 two-pack upgrade contains two devices and four of each attachment. That is $19.99 less than two $49.99 kits ($99.98 in total), or about $40 per device.
For the other seven portable models, the extra-set kit costs $59.99 and the two-pack upgrade costs $95.99. The first package contains one device and two of each attachment; the second contains two devices and four of each attachment, $23.99 less than two $59.99 kits ($119.98 in total), or about $48 per device.
Understand the quantity in your bag
Select the package first, then set the quantity. For the $49.99 MY135 Classic and MY131B Upgrade options, quantity 1 means one device, one adult mask, one child mask, one mouthpiece and one cable; quantity 2 doubles those quantities. With 1 device + 1 extra set selected, quantity 1 means one device with two adult masks, two child masks, two mouthpieces, and one charging cable; quantity 2 means two such kits. With 2-pack + 2 extra mask sets selected, quantity 1 means one pack containing two devices with their standard accessories and two extra mask sets. Increasing that quantity to 2 means two packs, containing four devices in total.

Choose Blue and 2-pack + 2 extra mask sets at $79.99. Quantity 1 adds two Blue devices for a product subtotal of $79.99. Quantity 2 adds four Blue devices for a product subtotal of $159.98.

Mayluck currently offers free US shipping on nebulizer orders. For US accessory orders, shipping is $8.80 USD below an order subtotal of $29.70 USD after discounts, and free at or above that threshold. For Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Poland, the corresponding accessory rate is $9.90 USD below that threshold and free at or above it.
