You have picked a nebulizer, watched a demonstration and checked the price. One question can still be missing from the product video: does the box contain the liquid, too? Mayluck nebulizer kits do not include medication or solution. Check the equipment package and the treatment supplies as two separate parts of your purchase.
A nebulizer kit and its liquid are separate purchases
The word “kit” describes the equipment and listed accessories. It does not mean that medication is included. A medicine cup is the component that holds the liquid; the name does not mean that it arrives filled. Likewise, a mask or mouthpiece is an attachment, not a treatment supply.
MedlinePlus describes a nebulizer as a device that turns liquid medicine into mist and advises following the manufacturer's instructions. Choosing the device and choosing the medicine are different decisions. Read the MedlinePlus overview.
For a Mayluck order, look for the exact model and selected pack size on the product page. A two-device pack contains two equipment kits. It does not add medication, double a prescribed dose or change how the equipment should be used.
What else do I need before the first use?
Work through these three checks before deciding that the order is complete:
- Your equipment: check the model, power source and complete included-parts list. For example, the MY-131B kit includes an adult mask, a smaller child mask, a mouthpiece and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable with each device. It has a built-in rechargeable battery.
- Your treatment supplies: ask your prescriber or pharmacist which prescribed liquid is intended for your treatment, where to obtain it and whether the exact device is suitable. Have the full model code available; “a portable nebulizer” is not an exact identification.
- Your instructions: keep both the device guide and the instructions supplied with the medication. If the equipment leaflet is missing or difficult to read, use Mayluck Care's instruction finder.

“What solution do I buy?” is a question for your treatment provider
If you bought the machine before arranging the liquid, contact your prescriber or pharmacist before using it. A useful question is: “I have a Mayluck [full model code]. Which prescribed product should I use with it, and is this device suitable for that product?” Keep the medication's original name and label with that question.
Do not decide on a liquid, dilution or amount by copying the level of liquid visible in a video. A cup's capacity and a person's prescribed amount answer different questions. If the medication instructions and device instructions seem difficult to reconcile, ask for clarification instead of filling the cup to match a demonstration.

Is the missing liquid a missing item in my order?
For Mayluck Store's current nebulizer kits, medication is not a listed included item. If a listed hardware item is missing, such as a mask or charging cable, photograph what arrived and contact Store support with your order reference and model.
If you purchased through TikTok Shop, Amazon or another retailer, compare the contents with that seller's actual listing and order confirmation. Use the original seller for a missing-item or payment claim. Mayluck Care can still help identify the device and locate its model guidance.
Three questions worth answering before checkout
Does a portable nebulizer come with saline?
Mayluck's current nebulizer kits do not include saline or other solution. Ask your prescriber or pharmacist about the appropriate treatment product; do not assume that the same liquid is suitable for every device or person. Do I need to buy masks separately?

Confirm your treatment's device requirements first, then compare Mayluck models by power source, controls and included equipment. That gives you a shortlist based on what you need to use, carry and maintain.
