Next to the OMRON MicroAir U100, the portable options on paper differ in three ways: how they are powered, what makes the mist, and which parts the maker says to replace. This is a document-based comparison, not a review. We are a nebulizer brand, we did not test any of these devices, and every competitor figure comes from the maker’s own pages or documents as we read them on October 11, 2026.
What we compared, and from what
For OMRON we read the NE-U100 product page and manual. For Philips we read the US InnoSpire Go page, a 2016 data sheet and a French-language FAQ. For PARI we read the Trek S Standard page and its instructions for use. Mayluck rows come from our own product pages.

Weights as listed: OMRON about 120 g without batteries, Philips 111 g, PARI 0.8 lb for the compressor alone (1.2 lb with the optional battery).
Why there is no speed or particle-size row
OMRON and Philips both publish particle-size figures, but on different test liquids: OMRON on a sodium fluoride solution, Philips on three named medicines. Put side by side, those numbers would suggest a comparison the tests do not support. Mayluck publishes no particle-size or speed figure.
Choosing by power source
Start with where you will use the device and what you will have nearby.
- AA batteries (OMRON)Fresh batteries restore power at once, so carry spares. The manual allows alkaline or NiMH AAs, not lithium, and says to replace both batteries together.
- Built-in battery (Philips, Mayluck)No batteries to buy, but you need the charger or cable and a power source, and a built-in battery has a limited life. Ask any maker what happens when it wears out.
- Compressor with optional battery (PARI)It runs from the wall or a 12V DC adapter, and the battery is an extra. It is also a different kind of nebulizer. Mesh vs. compressor nebulizers
Our longer guide covers charging, spares and travel: rechargeable vs. battery nebulizers.
Parts, warranty and support
Count the replacement schedule as well as the device.
- OMRONThe manual gives the main unit a two-year warranty from purchase, and lists a one-year durable period for the container, mesh cap, mouthpiece and masks under its stated usage.
- PhilipsHandset warranty is two years and mouthpiece warranty one year, per the 2016 data sheet. Its FAQ says to replace the mouthpiece assembly every 12 months.
- PARIThe Trek S page lists a three-year compressor warranty. The instructions say to replace the nebulizer cup every six months.
- MayluckFor purchases from mayluck.store you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item; see the refund policy. Nebulizers ship free in the US. If a device will not mist or charge, start with the no-mist and not-charging guides, and see buying replacement parts.
What to ask your prescriber
A table cannot tell you which device suits your medicine. OMRON’s own page says performance can vary with the medicine, such as suspensions or thick liquids, and tells you to consult your clinician. Bring these questions to your prescriber or pharmacist.
Questions to bring
Do not switch devices on your own
Nothing in this comparison says one device can stand in for another, or for the one you were prescribed. Talk to your prescriber or pharmacist before changing devices.
